Anniversary Celebrations
We’re excited to help you celebrate this milestone! Our package includes venue booking, vendor coordination, decoration purchases, and setup and takedown. You can choose one additional service at no extra charge (materials not included) and enjoy 5 to 7 hours of consultations to ensure every detail is perfect!
Baby Showers
We are thrilled to handle everything for you! Coordinating with vendors, managing purchases, and setting up or taking down decor will be done just as you envisioned. Plus, you'll enjoy up to three hours of consultations and meetings included in your package!
Birthdays Parties
We’re pleased to help you create an unforgettable event! Our comprehensive package includes venue booking, vendor coordination, material purchases, setup and teardown of décor, and entertainment scheduling, along with 4.5 hours of consultations. We are eager to assist you in bringing your event to life! This package includes the submission of all necessary paperwork to the city, coordination of purchases, setup and teardown, as well as support for vendor selection and scheduling. We’re delighted to support your corporate events! Our package offers seamless venue booking, scheduling, vendor coordination, and personalized marketing materials to fit your needs (limited to four pieces, materials not included). Plus, we include up to four hours of consultations and meetings, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable planning experience every step of the way!

This package offers comprehensive support for your event, making your special engagement even more memorable. It includes booking and scheduling the venue, coordinating with vendors, purchasing necessary items, and setting up and dismantling all decorations according to your vision. We understand that these moments are significant, so to enhance your experience, you can select one additional service at no extra charge (keep in mind that materials are not included). Additionally, the package includes 5 - 7 hours of consultations and meetings to ensure everything goes perfectly.

Golf Outings
This fantastic package encompasses everything you need for a successful event! We’ll handle course reservations and planning, manage registrations, warmly greet attendees, and actively reach out for attendance and sponsorships. Plus, you’ll benefit from up to four hours of dedicated consultations and meetings. We’re excited to partner with you every step of the way!
Graduations
We’re thrilled to celebrate this accomplishment with you! We’ll manage venue coordination, vendor management, purchasing, and all decor setup and teardown, plus you’ll receive up to 3 hours of consultations included in your package!
Holiday Parties
This package includes booking and scheduling the venue, reserving the rooms, coordinating with vendors, purchasing, and setting up and tearing down all decorations and activities according to your plan. Additionally, we can tailor the decorations and themes to reflect the holiday spirit. All consultations and meetings lasting up to four hours are included in this package, making it perfect for your holiday celebrations.
Meetings, Seminars, Conferences, Trade Shows
This package offers a comprehensive range of services to support your event planning needs. It includes venue booking, event scheduling, and vendor coordination, ensuring seamless management of catering, audiovisual support, and decoration.
Additionally, we will create basic marketing materials, such as flyers and digital content, to effectively promote your event. All consultations and meetings, totaling up to eight hours, are also included, allowing us to discuss your vision and address any questions or concerns to ensure a successful event.
Opening Ceremonies
This package includes seamless vendor coordination and engaging marketing materials, along with up to 4 hours of consultations and meetings. As you embark on the journey of opening your new business, we’re excited to collaborate with you and help you bring your vision to life!
Prom or Dance
This package includes booking the venue, coordinating with vendors, purchasing items, and setting up and taking down decorations based on your plan. You can also choose one additional service at no extra charge to enhance your themed prom or dance (materials not included). An event professional will work alongside your student council and advisors to ensure everything runs smoothly. All consultations and meetings, totaling up to 5 - 7 hours, are included.
Retirement Parties
Is someone in your life moving on to the next chapter, like retirement? It’s a significant milestone worth celebrating! We will coordinate with vendors, manage purchasing, and handle the setup and teardown of all décor. Additionally, all consultations and meetings—up to three hours—are included in this package to help you plan this momentous occasion!
